Your CRM keeps itself fresh.

PipeSignal watches your HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Close records for job changes, email bounces, and stale data. It surfaces what to update — and on Team tier, it auto-applies. Included with Signal Sales OS.

PipeSignal is bundle-only. No standalone plan at launch.

How it works

Four alerts PipeSignal surfaces every week

The product is alert-driven: you see only what needs your attention.

STALE

90-day-old contacts

Re-enriches them via LeadSignal's verified-email cascade. Updates the CRM row when you approve.

JOB↗

Job changes

Compares LinkedIn-current company to CRM-current company. Flags the gap, surfaces the new role.

BOUNCE

Email bounces

LeadSignal pings PipeSignal when a sent message bounces. Auto-runs a re-find on the next pass.

ACQ

Acquisitions

Detects when a contact's company gets acquired by tracking domain redirects + LinkedIn updates.

FAQ

Real questions

Can I buy PipeSignal alone?

Not at launch. PipeSignal's value is multiplicative with LeadSignal (re-enrichment) and MeetSignal (call-driven CRM updates). Selling it alone breaks the bundle math and dilutes the integration story. If standalone demand appears post-launch, we'll add a plan.

Does PipeSignal modify my CRM without asking?

By default no. Every alert ships with an Approve/Dismiss action. On the Team tier you can opt into auto-apply for specific alert types (job changes, bounces, or all). Bulk changes are batched and logged so they're reversible from the platform's audit page.

How does it know a contact changed jobs?

Three signals: (1) LinkedIn's current-company field doesn't match the CRM, (2) the CRM email recently bounced and LeadSignal returns a new verified email at a new domain, (3) you manually flagged it. Detection is conservative — we'd rather miss a change than push a wrong one.

What about privacy?

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We only fetch the CRM fields needed to drive alerts (name, email, company). Full bodies of CRM notes and deal records are never copied. See the privacy policy.
