What PipeSignal reads from your CRM

Only the fields needed to detect staleness and job changes: contact name, email, current company, last-updated timestamp. We do not read deal notes, call recordings, attachments, or pipeline values stored in your CRM.

What it writes back

When you approve an alert (or auto-apply is on for that alert type), PipeSignal updates the contact's email and/or current-company field via your CRM's official API. Every write is logged in the WETYR Platform audit log; you can revert from the dashboard.

How tokens are stored

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with per-account keys. They never leave our backend; the browser extension only holds a short-lived bearer token (`wtk_…`).

Cross-product data sharing

PipeSignal shares the central contacts database (public.contacts) with LeadSignal and MeetSignal under your account. When LeadSignal finds a verified email, PipeSignal sees it. When MeetSignal records a call with a contact, PipeSignal sees the touchpoint. Data is never shared across accounts.

Retention

Alerts older than 365 days are auto-purged. Cancelling the subscription removes your data within 30 days.
